Our Adelaide to Darwin - up the middle in a month itinerary traverses Australia from south to north on the Stuart Highway, one of Australia's most iconic highways - offering travelers a diverse and scenic journey through some of the country's most iconic landscapes.

This trip takes us from the southern regions, through the arid Red Centre, to the tropical north - taking in some of Australia's most cultural, well-known and spectacular geological landmarks.

This month-long itinerary is an excellent first trip for the caravanning novice. Travel is mainly on sealed highways well-suited to caravan travel. It also makes an ideal section as part of a longer trip.

Even though we have recommended the number of days to stay in each place, you may decide to travel faster, or stay longer.
