This itinerary Perth to Broome – West Coast Adventure traverses landscapes that feel vast, remote and deeply Australian. From Perth we follow the Coral Coast past seaside towns like Geraldton and Kalbarri, where red cliffs meet turquoise ocean, then on to the white shell beaches and dolphin waters of Shark Bay and Monkey Mia. Further north, the Ningaloo Coast near Exmouth offers unforgettable snorkeling straight off the beach, before the scenery gradually shifts into the wide-open spaces of the Pilbara, with rugged ranges, termite mounds and endless horizons. Each day brings a new contrast of colour and country – making the drive as rewarding as the destination.
 
By the time you roll into Broome and watch the sun sink into the Indian Ocean at Cable Beach, you’ll feel you’ve crossed not just a great distance, but several distinct regions of Western Australia.
 
We have allocated 35 days for this itinerary; however this includes some travel days with 6+ hours driving time. Everyone travels differently so do not hesitate to extend or condense itinerary to suit your family.
