This itinerary Wildflowers of WA – Wild, Wonderful & Wondrous is a spectacular caravan journey designed to help you discover Western Australia’s incredible wildflower diversity as you travel through some of the State’s most beautiful regions.

This 61-page itinerary is a loop from Perth as we discover carpets of everlastings, colourful wattles, orchids, wreath flowers, banksias, grevilleas, hakeas, rare and endemic species and the many other native blooms that make WA one of the world's great wildflower destinations.

The driving directions, accommodation options, timeframes, and things to see and do listed in this itinerary are our recommendations based on our personal experience in this region and over 30-years of caravanning experience – but it is ultimately your choice to decide what you do during your travels! Even though we have made recommendations, you may decide to travel faster, stay longer, or deviate from this itinerary.

This itinerary takes us on highways and rural roads, all of which are sealed, so a 4wd and offroad caravan are not specifically required. If you don't have a caravan or motorhome, this itinerary may still be used as many of the Accommodation Options listed also have holiday cabins.

We have allocated 40-days for this itinerary, but it is ultimately your choice to decide how long you take at each location. This plan does not specifically cater toward travelling with pets, although our accommodation options do note when accommodation is pet friendly.
